Single-wall elements

Single-walled ELEMENTS
Designed to remove smoke from the boilers and geysers. They are made of stainless steel and galvanized steel and represent a single chimney wall thickness 0,5 mm, 0,6 mm, 0,8 mm 1,0 mm, and operating temperature to 600 ° C. Single-wall system used for the construction of flue indoors or as an insert in an existing brick chimney.
oval elements
oval chimney system intended for the removal of combustion products from the boiler, furnaces and other heating equipment in case of a rectangular brick mine. From conventional rectangular boxes oval elements characterized in, that the corners are not sharp in them, a rounded. Thus, the chimney does not create turbulence and is not going to black. Although an oval cross section smaller than the rectangular element, but operate chimneys significantly better and longer, because the probability of soot fire in them is much smaller, and the smoke flows move uniformly.
Oval elements are made of stainless steel, thickness 0,5; 0,6; 0,8 or 1 mm.

assembly rules

Determination of the diameter of the chimney is made according calculated tables depending on the type of boiler and its power, or the manufacturer's recommendations (if available). According to the project height is determined and an offset from the outlet axis of the chimney of the boiler.
Below the chimney should be based on the lower or intermediate base (Wall Mount with triangular brackets).
On vertical areas for unloading of the chimney should be installed every 5 m unloading platform.
Can not be placed directly to the pipe joint at the overlap. It should be either below, or higher.
It is recommended to be installed on vertical sections of wall collars every 2.5m, on horizontal or sloping ground – every 1.5m. They also set in front of the knee and, directly, then it.
Can not be loaded or bends closure inclined portion, therefore, additional fastenings must be installed. Allowed deviation from vertical flues to 30 ºC deviation in the direction to 1m, while ensuring the area of the chimney section inclined portions at least portions of the vertical section.
On the horizontal sections, which should not exceed 2 meters, 20mm desired slope for each meter of pipe. fume collection tube, which connects the heating device with chimney, It should have a vertical portion. The length of the vertical portion of the connection pipe fume collection bottom nozzle of the heating device to the horizontal axis of the pipe section should be at least 0.5 m.
On fume collection tubes is allowed no more than three turns with a radius of curvature not less than the tube diameter.
In places, where the chimney passes through the roof, such element is provided as a Kryz. This tapered tube with welded sheet, which is designed for the appropriate angle of inclination of the roof: 0-15º, 15-30º or 30-45º.
On top of a double-walled chimney cone ends. According to DBN V.2.5-20-2001 in Ukraine plant fungi and other terminations in the flue gas boilers are not allowed.
For condensate chimney must be equipped with hatches for audit and purification kondensatovidvodom. The lower part of the chimney – revision or tee kondensatovidvodom or plug – must be accessible to service and place to be safe for others.
If the chimney rises to more than 2 meter above the roof, the additional extensions installed.
When installing a chimney or a brick in the mine channel must be considered, that every 3 meters is recommended to install in the flue mounting bracket, which provides mobility and its vertical during operation and the mine alignment chimney.

It is necessary to comply with fire safety rules:

When passing through the uninsulated pipe hardwood floor, necessary to lay additional insulation, and on the upper and lower surface thereof to establish sheeting, of 10mm thickness which, a metal ferrule;
The minimum distance to the wood surfaces with double-walled chimneys – 200mm, while single-walled – 500mm;
The distance from the connection pipe to the overlap of non-combustible materials is taken at least 50 mm, and from combustible materials and slow-burning – not less than 250 mm;
May be reduced with the distance 250 to 100mm, provided protection and slow-combustible roofing steel structures on a sheet of asbestos not less than 3mm thickness;
Unacceptable proximity to Flue materials and substances, which ignite easily. In such places, the chimney should be further isolated brickwork;
on kotloagregatah, gas-fueled, and chimneys of them, necessary to provide explosive valves. The number of explosive valves, their location and size should define project organization;
Before the test, you must make sure the chimney, that no more unnecessary things or packaging parts inside the chimney. Preliminary testing of the chimney can be done the old-known means – using a lighted paper.
In order to support economical and trouble-free operation of the boiler should be regularly checked and cleaned the chimney from soot and debris. Cleaning is carried out specialist at least 2 times a year.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change design elements.
